2. Payments and billing

Payments are made in advance through available payment methods (Stripe). Published prices do not include VAT, which will be applied according to current regulations. Prices may change; any modifications will be communicated in advance.

3. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds will be managed according to our policy:

• Requests within the first 7 days: full refund
• Later requests: proportional to the remaining time of the period
• No refunds for periods already consumed

4. Acceptable use

Services must be used only for legal purposes. The following is prohibited:

• Using servers for illegal activities
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications
• Activities that may damage infrastructure or affect other users
• Cryptocurrency mining or other unauthorized intensive-consumption activities
• Storage or distribution of illegal content

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We commit to maintaining 99.5% service availability. In case of prolonged unplanned interruptions, users will be compensated proportionally. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
